10 Wellbeing Tips

10 tips to strengthen your mental wellbeing. Positive mental wellbeing doesn’t always happen automatically – sometimes we have to work extremely hard at it but the more we practise, the stronger and more skilled we become.

Read the tips in order from 1 to 10 or just read the ones which most apply to you. Read all of the slides in each presentation from start to finish so that you get a balanced view of the information. Each presentation contains suggested links to reliable websites in case you want to explore a topic further.

Remember, we are all individuals and what works well for one person may not work as well for someone else. What’s important is that we find out what strategies work for us depending on what situation we are in. Find what works for you.
